You can order online via our secured e-commerce system or you can call us at 323-661-1037
What is the shipping policy?
Hu Energy Fashion does not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays.
Orders ship within five business days. Occassionally orders will take longer depending upon product
availability. We will notify you if this is the case.
Continental US orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx depending upon your delivery choice. All
Continental US orders must be shipped to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your
shipping address.

Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up e-mail
confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax.
All orders to street addresses will be shipped either United Parcel Service ("UPS") or FedEx. Orders
will not be shipped or delivered on Saturday and Sunday.
You may request two-day or overnight delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfillment of
two-day or overnight delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.
Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items, as we only ship complete orders to keep your
shipping costs low. We will notify you if your order is delayed.

How much is shipping?
The shipping is free in US territory. When shipped abroad additional charges will be applied. It will vary
depending on where you are shipping, what is being shipped and how quickly wish to receive your Hu
Energy jewelry. As you checkout, you have the option to select next day, two day or UPS Ground.

When does an order get shipped?
We ship the orders next day. We will contact you if we anticipate a delay in your order.

Can I check the status of my backorder online?
We're sorry, at this time we are unable to provide this information online. Please email us for the status
of your backorder.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Check and Money Orders. We do not accept Discover, Debit Cards,
Cash or Travelers Checks. Money Orders must be issued by a United States Bank.

Is my credit card safe?
Yes. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure.

Can I return merchandise?
Merchandise can be returned unworn and in its original condition within 30 days of purchase date. If
jewelry was ordered and shipped outside of the United States, jewelry must be returned within 30 days
of purchase date. Customer will be credited for the cost of the jewelry not including shipping charges.

Can I cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly and accurately as possible, we are
usually unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. In most cases
the items are shipped out to you within 24 hours of us receiving your order. If you have any questions or

Will I be charged sales tax?
Only California residents will be charged sales tax which is 8.25%.

What else should I know about my jewelry purchase?
Hu Energy Jewelry is specially designed to enhance the wearer's own energy. The jewelry is
empowered by the wearer's personal interaction with the jewelry. As an energy imprinter, Hu Energy
Fashion relies on the wearer to be effective with the jewelry purchased from Hu Energy Fashion. The
responsibility for empowering the energy enhancing capability of Hu Energy Jewelry is solely with the
wearer. Therefore, no express warranties are given and no affirmation of Hu Energy Fashion by words
or actions will constitute a warranty. Hu Energy Fashion jewelry is sold on an "as is" basis. The entire
risk as to the quality and performance of the jewelry is with the buyer and or wearer. Should the jewelry
prove defective following its purchase, the buyer and or wearer, and not the manufacturer, distributor or
retailer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Do not wear in water.

Which length of necklace should I buy? 16 1/2" or 21 1/2"?
Most Hu Energy Fashion Jewelry is unisex. Some of the necklaces and bracelets have various sizes.
For necklaces, the most common length for women is 16 1/2". The most common length for men is 19".
For bracelets, the most common length for women is 7.5". The most common length for men is 8".
